When you have paid with your payment card, you will recieve an invoice along with your purchase. It has become safe to pay with payment card on the internet after the new law of stating the cards controlnumbers, has come into force.

When you type in your card-information, it will be through a secure connection, which is administered by the banks. The information cannot be read by hoffbyhoff.com.

Delivery time

You will normally recieve your purchase by post 4-6 days after we have recieved your order-confirmation.
If the delivery time exceedes this number of days, we will notice you by email.

Returns Policy

If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Returns inside Denmark need to be sent back to us within 14 days from you have recieved your purchase.

For orders shipped to addresses outside Denmark need to be sent back to us within 20 days from you have recieved your purchase.
